Mailbox thefts reported in Williams Lake area

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — At the height of the holiday season, some Williams Lake residents are having to deal with mail thefts. RCMP say they’ve received a series of complaints from throughout the the area. 

Between December 10th and 17th, police report thieves targeted more than a half dozen mailboxes. In each case the Canada Post mailboxes were damaged by thieves, who then made off with some of the contents.
