WHL investigating 3rd period incident in Blazers Kelowna game

KAMLOOPS — The Western Hockey League is looking into an incident in the 3rd period of Saturday nights game in Kelowna between the Rockets and Kamloops Blazers.
Montana Oneybuchi was assessed a major penalty for fighting and a game misconduct for a fight against the Rockets Connor Bruggen-Cate.
Bruggen-Cate wasn’t penalized.
The league is trying to find out what set off Oneybuchi that led to the one sided fight.
