Blazers alumni prominent in USPORTS University Cup

KAMLOOPS — Seven former Blazers are playing in this weekends U SPORTS UNIVERSITY CUP championship in Lethbridge.

They include Ryan Rehill with the Alberta Golden Bears, Taran Kozun, Logan McVeigh and Collin Shirley all with the University of Saskatchewan, Matt Needham with St. Francis Xavier and Joe Gatenby with the New Brunswick Varsity Reds.

Alberta is the defending U SPORTS champion.

In winning the 2018 title the Golden Bears were coached by current Blazers coaches Serge Lajoie and Dan Kordic.
