Family of missing Merritt cowboy pleads for any information

MERRITT, B.C. — The family of a ranch manager in the Nicola Valley is asking for the public's help in locating him.

Ben Tyner was reported missing last month after his horse was found fully geared and without its rider. The 32-year-old is a ranch manager at Nicola Ranch near Merritt.

Police remain tight-lipped in Cache Creek shooting investigation

CACHE CREEK, B.C. —  Nearly 24 hours after a fatal shooting in Cache Creek, police have released little information on the incident.

Aside from one news release confirming that the shooting death took place at 7:00 p.m. last night, police have been radio silent today (Jan. 15).

Eggnog for Easter? Production at Blackwell Dairy delayed until new year

KAMLOOPS — Locals may be disappointed to hear there won't be any Blackwell Dairy eggnog on the shelves this holiday season, but once operations are up and running again the winter drink could be making a springtime appearance.
